Register this personal video phone to the RP1Rooms service to allow 7-digit dialling to any other video device registered to the service. Access the directory for one-touch dial. Join and participate in video calls at the touch of a button.

The devices: Poly Studio X30
The new Poly Studio X30 comes certified on RP1Rooms; get on a secure call within minutes of unboxing. The Studio X can be installed by anyone. Connect it to power, network and display, and mount it on your display. Follow the onscreen instructions to register with Poly using your RP1Rooms credentials. With an integrated camera/soundbar and touchscreen controller, setting up a huddle space has never been easier.

The devices: Polycom Group Series 500 4x Camera, RealPresence Touch
A medium space requires a camera with movement and zoom, like the GS500 4x. Control the camera with the RP Touch, while also sharing content , and accessing directories or dialling other RP1Rooms directly. Included mics can be placed centrally in the room and act as both microphone and speaker.

The devices: Polycom Group Series 500 12x Camera, RealPresence Touch

All that is required to get your RP1Rooms up and running is a quick registration, accessed directly through the RP.VC User Portal. Account administrators follow a quick process when creating RP1Rooms:
- Click the Manage Rooms button in the RP1Cloud user portal dashboard.
- Click Add Room button.
- Assign a room name, password, and enter the device dial-in address (URI) and Save.
- Follow the simple registration guide for your device.
